Missing Desktop Shortcuts

It has been reported by some users that, following the latest Prospector update, they lost their Desktop icons to the Prospector system. The upgrade Prospector 8.2.50 included new company logos and colours following the merger between Trigold and Crystal. Unfortunately there would seem to be an incompatibility issue with some Windows Machines which cause the new icons not the display correctly.

We have rectified this issue and the new files are now available on our server. Please refer to this PDF, which outlines instructions on how to apply the corrected files to your machine.
