Symptoms
When trying to run an online update in Prospector an error message appears.

“Security certificate for this site is not available do you want to proceed?”

Cause
This issue is caused by the configuration of the Internet Explorer.

Resolution
Double left click on the Internet Explorer (either located on the desktop, or within the start menu).

Once Internet Explorer is open, single left click on ‘tools’ (Located at the top of the screen, and or the right hand side)

Then single left click ‘Internet options’

The following screen shall appear after which single left click on the ‘security’ tab.

Single left click ‘trusted sites’, then single left click the button ‘sites’.

In the new screen un-tick the tick box “Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone”

Type the following line into Add this website to the zone:
https://mortgage1.ifonline.com - Then click “add”.

Repeat step 6 but add the line:-
https://mortgage4.ifonline.com

Once complete close down all screens open and re run update either from the start menu or within prospector (Ensure that prospector is already closed.) this allows you to run the update correctly, however you may still get the error message, (Security certificate for this site is not available do you want to proceed) please click “Yes” to proceed and ignore the messages, we are working on permanent solution for this.
