Symptoms
When viewing the Factfind the following error message appears

“An error has occurred in the script on this page”

Cause
This issue occurs because of a conflict between older versions of the Factfind form and Internet explorer 8.

Resolution
The latest version of the factfind does not have this issue, simply run an update in your prospector system to get the latest available version of the form for your network. If you still have the issue after updating then your network will need to update the version of the form that they use. In the meantime simply click ‘OK’ to the message should allow you to continue to use the system without any adverse effects.
