Symptoms
When trying to update the prospector the following error appears

Error: 5
Message: Invalid procedure call or argument
Source: MODULE2.BAS.MODULE2.updatedata
1.62
TSSV2

Cause
This cause of this issue is currently under investigation by our 3rd line support team.

Resolution
The problem appears to be a conflict between the Prospector files and the machines User Account Control (UAC). The work-around for the issue is to go into Control Panel > User accounts > Turn User Account Control on or off, then on the next screen untick the box, click OK and restart the machine. Once the machine reboots retry the Prospector.
