Symptoms
When trying to launch Prospector the following error occurs

Error: 5
Message: Invalid procedure call or argument
Source: StartXPForm.frm.StartXPFrm.Form_Resize 1.116.2.2 TSSV2

Cause
This issue occurs if the machines display settings are set to a combination of resolution and DPI that cannot be handled.

Resolution
The error does not have any adverse effect of the Prospectors performance, if you specifically require the display settings to be left as they are then simply clicking ‘OK’ to the message should allow you to continue. Alternatively if you’re happy to set the display settings back then click ‘Start > Control Panel > Display’ then click on the settings tab, from here the resolution can be adjusted (minimum 1024x768) also by clicking on the ‘Advanced’ button the DPI can be adjusted (it’s advised that the normal 96DPI is used).
