Symptoms
When opening a client within Prospector you may get the error “Unable to create an instance of the Legal & General Giology insurance engine, until this is installed, functionality will be disabled. For assistance, please contact support.”

Cause
This error will appear when opening a client in an L&G AR white label version of Prospector without having the GIology system installed.

Resolution
If you OK the message you should be able to continue to use the Prospector system, however to ensure that the errors stop occurring and to be able to produce insurance quotes you should have the GIology system installed.
