Symptoms
Component ‘OfflineShell.dll or one of its dependencies not correctly registered.
This error occurs when you are trying to access application forms within Prospector. This will affect the following modules within Prospector: Debt Management, Fact Find, Secured Loans, Commercial Loans and Debt Management and the Electronic Trading Centre.

Cause
TrigoldCrystal utilizes Focus Solutions technology within its Prospector application. The Focus goal: viewer add-on program has either not been installed; uninstalled or accidently had part of its program removed from your machine resulting in Prospector being unable to launch it correctly.

Resolution
To ensure that the Focus goal: viewer is downloaded and installed correctly you can do the following:
  • Remove the program from your machine. Go to Control Panel, Add and Remove Programs and locate goal viewer (offline) Trigold edition. If the program is present then please uninstall it from your machine.
  • Once you have confirmed that the goal viewer has been removed then run a Prospector Online Update. The Focus goal: viewer add-on program will be downloaded and installed during the Update process.
  • Once the update has completed then please open Prospector and try to open the relevant application form again.
If this has not worked then you will need to download and install the Focus goal viewer manually as you particular system configuration is blocking Prospector from completely it automatically.
  • Please click here to download the installation file. Choose to save the file to your desktop.
  • Locate the GoalViewer_TriEd_17.msi file on your desktop and double click on it.
  • When the installation window opens click through all the screens leaving the default options selected.
  • Once the Installation has completed then please open Prospector and try to open the relevant application form again.
