Symptoms
You will get the error message below, when trying to complete an update if you are compliance enabled. This error occurs when the system fails to upload your case to the compliance warehouse. It is usually due to the uploaded file being too large.

Resolution
The following steps will outline the process that will need to be followed in order to resolve the error:

1. The data being transferred exceeds the size limit for the system. You may have attached a scanned document (IDD/KFI/Application etc) that has pushed the file size over the set limit of 2MB. Try reducing the file size by saving it as a different file type, or by reducing the resolution of the scan.

2. The size limit could also be exceeded if you have a logo on your documents, again try to reduce the file size.

3. Your system is attempting to transfer documents to the Compliance shield warehouse, but it is unable to match all documents to the user ID of the installation of Prospector you are updating. This can happen if you have reinstalled while documents were pending transfer or if you are sharing the database with other users who have not updated since creating new documents.
