Prospector uses many different filter options to minimise the products sourced to a relevant number. These filters can be affected by criteria such as maximum age where some lenders will restrict the maximum age of an applicant to be 65 on completion of the mortgage or if the client is self employed some lenders require 2 or 3 years accounts or may average 2 or 3 years accounts and you may have only entered accounts for year 1. In some cases a lender will have a minimum valuation on all products.

We do include these criteria rules in the notes attached to each product. If you are unsure as to why a particular product has not been returned in your source results you can use the Lender Details option on the Main menu screen to locate the product and review the notes. You can then check to see if you have entered in some client information that will make them ineligible for the product.
You can attach external documents to client cases within Prospector by clicking on the documents tab on the Edit Client screen and selecting the Add Document button. Acceptable file formats are PDF, DOC and JPEG.
Currently there is no facility within Prospector to export client data to an external system. We do have the functionality to export client data between different Prospector systems using the Client Briefcase tool. But you can export client data entered into TrigoldCrystal CRM directly to CSV file.
Trigoldcrystal is a software house and as such is not regulated to directly provide Key Facts documentation. We will assist subscribing advisors with historic product information where possible for research purposes and we do provide a data analysis service to show past and present market trends.

The attach menu section of the case details screen is only available if you have either the Pension or Investment product selection boxes checked. If you are not selling either of these products then you do not need to attach a menu. Uncheck Pensions and/or Investments and the menu section will disappear.

To apply for a quote you first need to recommend and choose it. If you have agreed that is the quote the clients want, click the quote to take you into the quote details screen. At the bottom of that page you will see the recommended and choose check boxes (3 in total). Tick them all and click update to confirm that quote is to be applied for which will move it to the Applications screen, and then complete the relevant compliance document (ROS/DAN/SL).
There is a new launch point in Momentum for the ROS. Next to the quote you have recommended and chosen you will see the last column is entitled ROS. Click the button and the template editor will launch, which is where you can complete the ROS letter.
You need to have completed the relevant compliance document in order to progress the application. If it’s a mortgage application ensure the ROS is complete. If it’s an insurance application ensure the DAN is complete. If it’s a pension or investment application ensure the SL is complete.

If you have completed the ROS or SL but are still unable to change the status of the application, check in Document Management to ensure it has been issued. You will see in the status column if your document has been issued or not. If it has a status of ‘Awaiting Issue’, click into the details of that document and set a delivery method and issue date.
Depending on how Momentum is configured for your network, this may vary slightly. However most networks have automatic submission turned on for when the application is completed. Therefore, ensure you have to set all your applications for the case you want to submit to ‘App form Completed’, in applications and you will receive confirmation your case has been submitted via an onscreen pop-up message.
